1. About OTT

OTT ("Out Tonight", "we", "us") is a nightlife discovery app for the UK that helps users find bars, clubs, restaurants, events and exclusive offers. By using OTT you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OTT. The app contains information about alcohol-related venues and promotions. By using OTT you confirm you meet this minimum age.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to not share your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Offers & redemption

  • Offers are provided by third-party venues. OTT is not the seller and is not responsible for the goods or services offered.
  • Each offer is subject to its own terms (e.g. validity window, max redemptions, minimum spend) shown on the offer page.
  • To redeem, show the unique QR code in your Wallet to staff. Codes are single-use and non-transferable.
  • Venues reserve the right to refuse redemption if an offer has expired, been used, or is misused.
  • Drink-aware: please drink responsibly. We support drinkaware.co.uk.

5. User content

By posting reviews or other content you grant OTT a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content. You must not post unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

6. Business owners

If you list a venue you confirm you are authorised to do so and that all information is accurate. You are responsible for the legality of any offers you publish (including The Pricemarking Order 2004 and CAP Code requirements).

7. Intellectual property

All OTT branding, design and software is owned by OTT or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTT is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, the venues listed, or any offers redeemed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England & Wales.
